The Philadelphia Flyers have had a difficult time getting anything going this season, and they are a frustrated team right now. The Flyers are just 1-4 in their last five games, having been outscored by 19-11, so they have not been a very competitive team of late. New Jersey took the first of these back-to-back contests easily with a 5-2 decision at home. They appear healed mentally after suffering a six-game losing streak, having now won three of their last four. The Flyers have failed miserably in the second of home-and-home series, losing five of their last six. The Devils have been a strong team when very active as they are now 20-6 playing for the fourth time in six nights. Take New Jersey in this one.
