Nashville at New Jersey

Nashville has won three in a row after defeating the New York Islanders 4-3 on Thursday night when Eeli Tolvanen scored with 11.5 seconds left for the winning goal. David Rittich had 18 saves for the Predators, and he could be back in net tonight depending upon Juuse Saros' (illness) status. New Jersey is in sixth place in the Metropolitan Division and has lost four of its last five games, although the Devils did manage to defeat Philadelphia, 3-0, on Wednesday night. The Predators have beaten New Jersey the last five meetings, including 4-2 on Nov. 26. The Devils have gone UNDER their last two games, and Nashville is 16-7-2 UNDER its past 25 games in the third game of a three-in-four days situation.
