Los Angeles at Dallas

The defending NHL Champion Los Angeles Kings dispatched the New York Rangers in five games to win it all last season, have been brutal in their first four games on this extended road trip, dropping all four of them. Good teams seldom go on extended losing streaks, so I think there is some value on the Kings as they refocus their energy to snap the skid. Remember that prior to the skid they won six straight. Dallas isn't exactly playing at a high level, coming into this one as they are on a four game skid of their own, and have been out-scored 17-10 in the process. The Stars have now allowed 3 goals or more in 7 of their 11 games on the season. The Kings certainly can look to their past success in Dallas to get things going tonight as they are 9-4 in their last 13 trips to the Big D. Make the play on LA.
