Florida has won three of four after defeating Colorado 5-4 on Tuesday when the Panthers survived a furious third-period rally by the Avalanche, and Matthew Tkachuk scored the go-ahead goal at 16:30 on a power play. Sergei Bobrovsky had 27 saves for the Panthers and he is expected in net tonight against Vegas, which had one of its worst performances of the season while losing 5-1 to Los Angeles on Saturday. This is the first meeting of the season and Florida is 36-15 its past 51 games after scoring at least five goals its previous game. The Panthers have also won four of five versus a team that allowed five-plus in its previous game.
