Florida at Toronto

Looking at the overall record of these teams, it is easy to justify Florida as a solid road favorite here. But, digging in a little deeper, the line doesn't appear to be accurate at all. At 27-41-6 the Maple Leafs have had a poor season, and won't be in the playoffs. Their problem has been on the road - not at home. They are 19-16-1, and have a winning record on home ice. Florida has actually been worse on the road at 15-15-7, so justifying the solid chalk line doesn't quite fit the real numbers. The Panthers have also been a woeful 85-187-9 on the road vs. a team with a winning home record in their last 281 games.
