Vegas is in a must-win situation after losing 3-2 in overtime in Game 2 when the Golden Knights outshot the Avalanche 41-24 but failed to capitalize while hitting the post several times. The Knights were that close to evening the series and now they're home where they are 23-6-3 this season and they'll have a full-capacity crowd for the first time since before the pandemic. Marc-Andre Fleury will be in net and he has been tremendous in the postseason with a 1.86 goals-against average in eight games. Colorado had gone OVER four straight games before Wednesday and Vegas had gone OVER four of six.
