Edmonton also is surging winning six straight and the Oilers lost the only meeting this season with Avalanche 3-2 in overtime on March 21. Pavel Francouz had 39 saves for the Avs last night and Darcy Kuemper will be back in net with a 33-9-2-1 record and 2.40 goals-against average. Colorado is 11-2 playing on no rest and it has won five of its last six road games and six of seven overall versus teams with winning records.
