Colorado at Dallas

Dallas appears to have fallen apart in the past couple of weeks as the Stars have lost eight in a row after their 5-1 defeat at home in Game 1 of this series. The Stars are 0-6 in their past six games, playing with one day of rest, and they have lost six straight to Western Conference opponents. Colorado has won six of seven after scoring at least five goals in their previous game. Nathan MacKinnon scored a power-play goal and an empty-netter and added an assist in Saturday's win for the Avalanche. Mackenzie Blackwood had 23 saves for Colorado, and Jake Oettinger lost for the fifth straight time for Dallas, which has been outscored 23-8 in those games.
