Mackenzie Blackwood is likely to start for the Avalanche, and he has lost his last three appearances, allowing 14 goals in four games, including a 7-2 defeat against Pittsburgh on Monday when he surrendered four goals on 15 shots. Chicago has won three of five while playing without pressure, just trying to build momentum heading into next season. The Blackhawks come off a 2-1 victory over Minnesota on Thursday when defenseman Alex Vlasic made a game-saving stop as time ran out. Chicago is getting great line value as a home underdog.
