Nic Dowd scored the game-winner and Peter Budaj saved 21 shots for the Kings. Budaj is 5-3 with a 2.31 goals-against average and .902 save percentage. Calgary defeated San Jose 3-2 after losing two in a row while scoring a total of two goals. Matthew Tkachuk scored twice for the Flames against the Sharks. Chad Johnson made 26 saves and Brian Elliott is expected in goal tonight. Elliott is 3-5 with a 3.12 GAA this season. The Flames are 17-35 their last 52 road games and 4-10 after a win dating to last season. Los Angeles has also won four of its last five home games. Back the Kings.
