Calgary at Anaheim

Calgary coach Glen Gulutzan was hired last summer to change the style of play, from grind to speed. After a .500 start, this group clicked in January. After beating the Ottawa Senators 3-2 in overtime, that victory started a 21-9-1 run that helped the Flames clinch a Wild Card spot. Anaheim is more of a grinding team at #18 in goals scored and #17 on the power play, focusing on defense first. The Ducks, though, are short on defense with the injury last week to star defenseman Cam Fowler (out two-to-six weeks).
