Things couldn't have started much better for the Buffalo Sabres at 8-1-1 on the season and they have been getting it done on both ends. The offense has been strong and steady scoring three times or more in 9-of-10 games on the season. The Rangers' favorable start of winning their first two has been replaced by an 0-4-1 mark in their last five games getting out-scored 20-9 in the process. There will be a lot of fire in the belly for Buffalo as they have dropped six of their last seven to the Rangers. This is a better team, playing well, vs. a team playing poorly with revenge.
