Buffalo at Edmonton

With just 45 points on the season, the Edmonton Oilers will be going off as a better than 2-1 favorite tonight vs. the struggling Buffalo Sabres. All bad teams have their moments during a long season and the Sabres are 2-2 in their last four games, and are off to a great start on the road trip with a convincing 3-1 win at Calgary as a +220 underdog. They have to be feeling good right now for one of the few times this season, and Edmonton is not very likely to deliver their "A" game vs. a lowly Buffalo team. Edmonton is off a satisfying three straight wins, and I think they could be complacent here vs. a Buffalo team that may have a burst of dangerous confidence. Take Buffalo.
