Washington won at Atlanta on Thursday and beat the Canadians at MCI Center on Friday, coming from behind in both games. The two wins on successive nights was the first for the Caps since Jan. 28-29, 2004. Goaltending has also been a problem in Boston. Raycroft is suffering from a sophomore jinx after winning the Calder Trophy as the league's top rookie in 2004. Boston is 4-20 in road games when playing 3 or less games in 10 days since 1996. Throughout most of the season, the Capitals have earned credit from opponents for their grit and tenacity. Washington will keep it going tonight at home with a win. One star on Washington.
