Boston beat the Penguins 2-1 on Saturday to even the season series. Pittsburgh has lost six of its last eight games and starting goaltender Tristan Jarry is out with a foot injury. Backup Casey DeSmith is 8-5-2-3 with a 2.89 GAA and .907 save percentage. Both teams are battling for playoff position, but the Bruins are 12-4 their last 16 road games and 45-22 playing with one day of rest.
