Anaheim battled all the way into the late third period when it suffered a bad break, and Ivan Barbashev scored to give the Golden Knights a 2-1 lead. The linesman waved off a potential icing call against Vegas, and Barbashev scored soon after. The Knights added an empty-netter to win 3-1. Lukas Dostal did his part for the Ducks, stopping 19 of 21 shots. However, Anaheim missed several chances on odd-man rushes and other scoring opportunities. This was the first loss for the Ducks in four meetings this season, and they'll look to bounce back with a few more breaks in a letdown spot for Vegas. Take the Ducks.
