Seattle is having a disappointing season after overachieving last year, and the Kraken have lost five in a row while scoring a total of only nine goals. Seattle's latest loss was 4-2 at Montreal on Monday in the final game of an 0-4 road trip. The Kraken will still be recovering from that rough stretch. Philipp Grubauer has been struggling in net for the Kraken with a 5-8-1 record and 3.35 GAA and .883 save percentage. New Jersey is 5-1 its past six road games versus teams with below .400 winning percentages, and the Kraken are 2-8 against opponents that allowed at least five goals their previous game.
