Edmonton Oilers vs Florida Panthers

Edmonton has stormed back from an 0-3 deficit to force Game 7. Some are already talking about the greatest comeback in NHL history. It would be, but you have to do it first and it won't be easy. A year ago, the Boston Celtics came back from 0-3 in the Eastern Conference Finals but lost Game 7. That was at home, too, and Edmonton has to play Game 7 on the road. The Oilers were a dominant home team during the regular season but just 21-18-2 on the road. They won Game 5 at Florida but also lost Games 1 and 2 by a combined 7-1. Edmonton is 8-17 after winning three of its last four and 4-8 after scoring 4 or more goals in three straight. The Oilers are also 5-5 in their last 10 playoff road contests. The offense is fourth in the playoffs in goals scored while the defense has allowed 2.65 goals per game. During the regular season, the Panthers were No. 1 in goals allowed (2.42 per game), second in save percentage (.918), and third in shots on goal allowed, while the offense was 11th in goals scored.
