Chicago Blackhawks vs Seattle Kraken Betting Picks

Chicago has finally turned the corner after years of rebuilding, as the Blackhawks have won 10 of 19 with an astounding 16-3 mark on the puck line. The Blackhawks have won five of six, including 5-2 over Calgary on Tuesday. Connor Bedard recorded his second career hat trick, and he now has seven goals in his past six games. Arvid Soderblom stopped 19 of 21 shots as he filled in nicely while giving Spencer Knight a night off. Knight is expected back tonight, and he is 7-3-3 with a 2.42 goals-against average and a .925 save percentage. Seattle comes off a 4-2 loss at Detroit, its eighth in 11 road games. The Kraken have gone OVER four of six as underdogs, and seven of the past 10 meetings have gone OVER. Chicago is 9-2-1 OVER after scoring at least five goals in its previous game. Seattle has lost six of its last nine games, including its previous two, both of which were decided in overtime at home against Montreal and the New York Rangers. The Kraken were outshot 27-13 on Saturday as the Rangers won 3-2. Seattle has averaged 2.33 goals in its past six games. Chicago also lost in overtime, 3-2, at Edmonton, but the Blackhawks still have won five of nine games as they look for improvement after the last few seasons. Spencer Knight is probable tonight for Chicago with a 4-3-2 mark and a 2.62 goals-against average. Knight stopped 27 of 30 shots against the Oilers. Seattle has beaten the Blackhawks five of the past six meetings, including 3-1 on Nov. 14, and the Kraken catch Chicago on a rare two-game streak, but it hasn't won three straight all season. The Blackhawks scored three times in the third period to down the Capitals 3-2 on Tuesday and Arvid Soderblom had 20 saves to improve to 4-7-1. Seattle has split its past eight games and is expected to have Joey Daccord in net and he has played in hard luck his past two starts stopping 56 of 60 shots but losing both. Daccord is 12-7-2 with a 2.46 goals-against average and a .915 save percentage.
