The Sabers are trying to win their first playoff series since 2007, but the Bruins gained confidence with their overtime win and now have home ice for Game 6. Buffalo center Noah Ostlund is out with a leg injury, but Josh Norris should return after having been listed as day-to-day. Buffalo is looking to win its first playoff series since 2007. The Sabres hadn't made the playoffs during the previous 14 seasons. They will be home here but facing all the pressure, a role they are unaccustomed to. Boston defeated the Sabres 4-2 as $1.34 underdogs in Game 2 when the team's last played at Buffalo. After overcoming a two-goal deficit in the final eight minutes to nip Boston, Buffalo's heads could still be in the clouds. The Bruins are far more playoff-tested. Boston is well balanced, ranking 12th in scoring and 14th defensively. Until the Sabres came up with their late goal flurry, one of which was an empty-netter, the Bruins had allowed only four goals during their previous three games. The Sabres have been a great story all season. But now the pressure is on them, a pressure they are not used to. A letdown from such an inexperienced playoff team would not be shocking.
