Washington at Philadelphia

This Skins team has done pretty well this year. They nearly beat a solid Giants team and they did beat New England, who happened to have trounced Philadelphia 31-10 three weeks ago. Philly won a big must-win last week after having two weeks to prepare. But this week Philadelphia is without key defensive backs Dawkins and Vincent and Bobby Taylor is questionable. My Matchup Power Ratings indicate this should be closer to a pick’em than 5.5 points. Philly hasn’t won (even in the preseason) in their new stadium. Washington will see to it that it stays that way.
