The Rams took a big blow when they lost Sam Bradford for the season. They were a huge underdog on Monday night, and they put every ounce of energy they had into trying to take down Seattle. They played an extremely good game, but the result was disappointing as they went on to lose 14-9. They truly emptied the tank in that game, as a team tends to rise in their first game after a key injury, and then feel the pain later. And, that is this week. After starting 3-1, Tennessee sits at a disappointing 3-4. That may look like a team settling back to where they should be, but those losses came to some damn good teams including San Francisco, Seattle and Kansas City! And, the Titans were not blown out in those games. They have had two weeks to prepare here, and this is a pretty good football team that has a maturing QB in Jake Locker. Locker has eight TD passes to just one INT, and ranks #9 in the league in passer rating. Expect the Titans to score here. The Rams own a 20-43-2 ATS mark after allowing less than 150 yards in the air, and have come back offensively after scoring less than 15 points in their previous game to go 6-0 to the OVER in their last six. The Titans have played 8-1 to the OVER when following a game where they rushed for less than 90 yards. Jeff Fisher is 34-19 to the OVER in home games where the total falls in this range (between 38.5 and 42). He's also 30-15 OVER in his career at home after allowing 14 points or less last game including 19-5 OVER when his team also scored 14 or less. This Titans team is not bad when Locker is taking snaps. Back them to win this game and take the OVER.
