Tennessee is winless at 0-2, and that's worth saying plainly before making the case for the points. But the Titans have actually tightened up on defense, holding Philadelphia to 20 points a week ago after allowing 23 to the Jets in the opener, real progress in a short span. New York's own offense just hit a wall in a big way, managing only six points last week in a loss to the Rams when Jaxson Dart (knee) was injured on the first drive. New York had something going in Week 1 against Dallas, but with Dart out and Jameis Winston stepping in, it's unrealistic to think this offense will pick up where it left off in its only other home game. The Titans haven't found much of anything through two weeks, averaging just 15 points a game and leaning on defense and field position rather than sustained scoring drives. The value is in getting points on the road with a Titans team that's been competitive against a Giants offense that just got shut down, and the same forces argue for a total that stays UNDER a fairly modest number. Back Tennessee with the points, and grab the UNDER right beside it.
