WIN

The Tennessee Titans and the Oakland Raiders are amongst the myriad of teams in the AFC that are 4-6 or 5-5. The one that gets hot can fill the sixth and final AFC playoffs spot. As a result, this game becomes a much bigger game than it looks, as the loser is pretty much done, while the winner lives with hope into next week. The Titans' offense has actually been better under the direction of Ryan Fitzpatrick, scoring 27 points in the last two games when he was at QB. Chris Johnson has gained 266 yards over his last three games, his best three-game effort of the season. The Titans have seen three of their six losses come by just 2 and 3 points, an overtime loss, and have pretty much been right there in every game. It hasn't quite been that way for Oakland who has four losses by double-digits. Oakland has had trouble defending as over their last eight games they have allowed 23 or more points in six of them. The Titans have really stepped up on the road, where a lot of teams struggle, going 4-0 ATS in their last four. They have also played to a perfect 6-0 OVER mark in a game following allowing 350+ yards. Oakland is just 2-8-1 ATS following an ATS win, where they have also played to a 9-4 OVER mark when following an ATS win. And get this: Since 1995, Oakland is just 32-71 straight-up in games with a line set at -3 to +3. That's downright awful. Tennessee is not a great team but Oakland is one of the league's worst. Go with the Titans and the OVER.
