New York at Chicago

Chicago enters today averaging 29.7 points a game, tied for sixth in the league, after scoring 59 at Carolina in Week 1, 3 against Minnesota, and 27 against Philadelphia on Monday night. The run game drives it, with 184.3 rushing yards a game, first in the NFL, and the offense is third in total yards. The last two Bears games produced 12 and 34 combined points, and that stretch is the strongest argument for a low-scoring game. The Jets change that picture. Geno Smith threw for 321 yards and three touchdowns at Detroit last Sunday, and New York put up 24 in a loss. With Breece Hall doubtful, Smith has to do more. Chicago has to cover him without cornerback Kyler Gordon and safety Anthony Johnson Jr., who are both ruled out, and Cam Lewis is questionable. The Bears rank last in red zone scoring so that some drives will stall, but a secondary missing a cornerback and a safety gives the Jets room to answer. Take the OVER.
