The watch is on as the Cleveland Browns are now 0-9 on the season. Making matters worse, they have had little time to prepare for tonight's contest against the Baltimore Ravens, and to make it worse it is on the road. Baltimore has had offensive issues this season. That may be cured against a Cleveland defense that is among the worst in the NFL this season. The Ravens put up 25 points on the road against Cleveland earlier in the season, and should top that at home. The Cleveland offense has not been horrible, despite their season record. In fact, when Josh McCown has been at QB, they have been better. McCown has made two starts this season with Cleveland scoring an average of 24 points per game. In his eight starts last season, they averaged 28 ppg. Those 10 McCown starts over the last two seasons have seen Cleveland play to a 9-1 mark to the OVER. I think the total here is a bit off, and will make the play on the OVER in this one.
