Joe Burrow will play for the first time since November for Cincinnati, which will provide a spark for the Bengals who lost to Washington after defeating Tampa Bay in the preseason opener. Burrow is expected to play a couple series of downs and Brandon Allen will also see more playing time after he completed 8 of 17 for 72 yards with no interceptions against Washington. Kyle Shurmer completed all four of his passes for 23 yards. Both teams have decent backups at the QB position and will put up enough points to go OVER the total. Back the OVER in this one.
