Washington at Los Angeles

A lot was expected of the Washington Wizards this season, as after years of dormancy they came to life last season. The one area where they have made huge strides is on the road. Washington was brutal on the road, but owns a 22-13 ATS mark on the road this season. In the first game of a road trip, they are a stellar 14-3 ATS this season. The Lakers have gone from bad to worse, as they are a pathetic 9-31 in their last 40 games. The Lakers have already lost 38 games this season by more than 5 points, and this line simply looks very light to me. The Wizards' young legs have been impressive on no rest where they are 27-11 ATS in their last 38, and are 5-1 ATS in their last six trips to LA. They will relish an opportunity for a win over the Lakers and have the tools to get it done. Play on the Wizards.
