Washington at Los Angeles

The LA Clippers are finding life without Chris Paul has become a challenge, and they have opened the 2017 season with a woeful 8-15 mark. Making matters worse is the fact that Blake Griffin has gone down with a knee injury, and without the two stalwarts from recent years, the LA offense has some big shoes to fill and they have not up to the task. This is a team that has scored in the 80s in three of their last nine games. Washington has had to make due without John Wall, but outside of laying an egg in Utah they have reached the 100-point mark in five of six. I think there are more workable pieces for the Wizards, and will make the play on Washington.
