Washington at Chicago

Washington has been terrible this year, especially on defense. But their defense is improving as they have shaved 3 points per game off their average over their last five games. Chicago's offense has decreased a bit lately. This is the biggest favorite they have been all season and it's asking a lot for a losing team, at 8-11, to win by this much. The Wizards are 27-14 ATS dating back to last season vs. losing teams and they are 19-6 ATS the past three seasons on the road coming off a home loss. I think the Wiz keep this one close. With both of these teams averaging triple-digits allowed per game, I also like the OVER here. Chicago's offense at home is good (averaging over 100 per game) while Washington's is decent (97.6 per game on the road). I think Chicago will let down a bit and allow Washington to score more than expected and for the Wizards to cover and this game to go OVER the total.
