Washington essentially waved good-bye to this season, and have started the rebuild. They are a woeful 6-31 on the season. The Atlanta Hawks have been one of the biggest under-achieving teams in the league, and have gotten progressively worse as the season goes on. Atlanta has not been much better than Washington since mid-November as they are just 9-18 SU, and the Hawks have a losing record on the season vs. losing teams. If there is a place for the Wizards to steal a win it is here, as the Hawks are lost and have been for quite a while. Make the play on Washington on the moneyline.
