The Philadelphia 76ers came from a 3-13 start to make the playoffs in the NBA East. This is a team that played at a high level for quite a long stretch, but that has tapered off some of late. The Sixers are just 7-9 in their last 16 games, and own just two wins by 12 points or more over the recent 16-game stretch. The Raptors have nothing to play for and certainly aren't a motivating factor for opponents. Late in the season that has led to a 4-1 ATS mark when taking 10 or more in their games.
