The Toronto Raptors played at a high level after the All-Star break, but have lost the consistency and edge, and have fallen fast. They are just 7-14 in their last 21 games, after going 20-7 in their previous 27 games. The Cavs have lost just six games here over a two-year period, and this line is not where it needs to be. The Cavs have won 10 straight on this court, and the Raptors have been a horrible road team all season as they are also just 20-41 ATS after an ATS loss. They are also 19-39-1 ATS vs. a team with a winning home record. I'll back Cleveland in this one, even with the expected rested starters.
