Toronto at Atlanta

Toronto's rebuilding is over and now the Raptors have a set starting lineup with no major injuries. They anticipate a major improvement following a 30-win season with more depth and several reserves who are defensive stalwarts. They didn't shoot many 3s last season compared to the rest of the league, but the Raptors hope Brandon Ingram can help in that department after he played in only 17 games due to injuries. Toronto has covered four of five overall against Atlanta and five in a row on the road. The Raptors ended 2024-25 with an 8-2 ATS mark against the Eastern Conference. Atlanta is favored in this matchup due to the home court and the fact the Hawks have several additions, including Kristaps Porzingis and Nickeil Alexander-Walker, to complement Trae Young. The last meeting in January went UNDER by 21.5 points as Toronto won 117-94 at Atlanta. Toronto's defense should be much-improved this season and this is a high posted total.
