Toronto at Atlanta

The odds-makers must have a short memory. Didn't the Hawks win three straight in the playoffs against the Celtics to close last season? Aren't they 2-0 already at home this season? The Hawks have been a bad team for a longtime, so hard to change the perception. They fly under the radar because they can't win on the road. They were 12-29 last year, but made the playoffs because they dominate at home. The Hawks are a far superior team on their own court, with no credit to show for it in this line. Toronto was a dreadful 16-25 on the road last season and shouldn't be carrying this much respect. The value is on the Hawks early in the season – ‘til the odds-makers catch up. I will grab them as a short home favorite here.
