San Antonio at Utah

The Utah Jazz has hit a bump in the road. This may have something to do with the level of competition. They have played three-straight games against teams with a combined 91-41 and they have dropped all three straight up and ATS. They have dropped their last five games ATS. They have now dropped their last four to teams with a winning record by an average margin of 10.3 points per game. The biggest problem is that they are showing no effort on the defensive end where they have allowed these four good teams to score 113 ppg on average. It should also be noted that San Antonio scored 119 on them in their game earlier this season. The Spurs, after an injury-plagued 2-5 start, have been 27-9 since and playing as well as anyone. I'm backing the Spurs and the OVER as the Jazz are stopping no one right now, and nine of the last 12 games between these two teams have gone OVER the total.
