Sacramento has the worst record in the NBA at 12-42. But if there is one team the Kings can beat, it is the Pelicans, who own the second-worst mark in the league at 14-40. Sacramento has the motivation and is in a good spot to pull off the outright upset. The Kings will set a franchise record for most consecutive losses with 13 if they lose this game. They could get back their best player, Domantas Sabonis. He is questionable after missing the last game with back soreness. The spot sets up well for Sacramento. The Pelicans are returning home after a four-game road trip that culminated in a huge 119-115 upset victory over the Timberwolves as 8.5-point underdogs. That probably was the Pelicans' most impressive win of the season and puts New Orleans in a letdown spot. The last time the Pelicans played at home was Jan. 30, so their focus may be off, too. Take the Kings on the moneyline.
