Portland has won four straight games and seven of their last eight, but prior to getting the hot hand, this has been a .500 team most of the season. Toronto is getting no respect at -4, which basically says these teams are even on a neutral court, and I don't agree with that. While Portland is hot now, Toronto has basically been hot all season. Toronto owns a 19-4 mark at home where they are tough to beat. Toronto isn't getting any respect here, and will take them at home. Play on Toronto.
