Phoenix at Portland

Phoenix and Portland are still trying to find their way. The Suns have stepped up, however, after a very sluggish 1-4 start. Phoenix has since gone 7-2 over its last nine games and seems to have figured some things out, especially on the road. The Suns started 0-4 SU and 0-4 ATS on the road, but have since been 2-0 SU and 2-0 ATS. Portland is 6-7 and has been up and down in the early going. This is a young team that can make a playoff run if it starts maturing. They are not playing well now, as they are 1-4 in their last 5 games and allowing just short of 130 ppg. I like Phoenix on the moneyline.
