Phoenix at Detroit

It has been over two years since the Pistons have been a home underdog and this line is an over-reaction to Billups being out. Wallace is listed as probable so he should see action after fighting a stomach flu. Phoenix has been ordinary after their long winning streak came to an end. The Suns have been slowed by teams that are in the top 8 in the NBA in points allowed per game. They have scored just 102, 106, 99, 103, and 92 in five games vs. these teams, or right around 100 a game. This isn't a big surprise as we have seen them struggle in past years when facing elite competition in the playoffs. We look for Detroit to take this one personally that they are a dog on their own court, and come out breathing fire. They have not lost at home by this amount since game one of this year.
