Philadelphia at Indiana

Philadelphia flying under the radar but we see a team heading in the right direction. After starting 6-13, they have won four of their last five games. Indiana just 5-7 at home this year, where they are allowing 107.4 ppg. The Pacers are a sub-.500 team vs. losing teams the past three seasons and seem to especially have trouble with losing teams that aren't horrible. Indiana is 3-17 the past two seasons vs. teams at 40%-49% SU. They are also 3-17 the past two seasons coming off two games in which they covered the spread. Up-and-coming Philly for the outright win here.
