Orlando at Washington

The Washington Wizards are a troubled franchise, one that just doesn't make the right decisions on draft day. Despite finishing in lottery position for several years, they are simply not getting any better. The fact is that they appear to even be regressing at a woeful 3-23 on the season and were beaten by the Cavaliers here last night. The losing streak has reached eight straight games, and they have not reahed the century mark in 11 contests, while their opponent has done so five times. The last four shows them averaging a pathetic 80.5 points per game. Orlando has been a much better team with Jameer Nelson on the court, and own a winning record when he is in the lineup. Orlando has gotten it done on the road where they are 7-1 ATS in their last eight. Take the Magic.
