Orlando at Los Angeles

The Clippers made a move to get Zach Randolph to reinforce a team that was having trouble staying competitive in the NBA. His six games with the team show the Clippers with two wins which took them 14 games to achieve that without him. What is more important is that the Clippers were not only losing, but they couldn't cover any line the books laid down for them as they were just 3-11 ATS. Since Randolph came over and gave them a go-to scorer, enforcer and rebounder inside, the Clippers are now 5-1 ATS and the oddsmakers have failed to adjust. The Magic have played tough all season. They are in the middle of a three-game stretch that included Minnesota and Oklahoma City before this one. But they will have a much more challenging game next up in Portland. There is a likelihood that they will be a no-show tonight as we often see NBA teams do in a similar set of circumstances. That will be dangerous against a Clipper team that is vastly improved. I like the Clippers here as a live dog.
