Oklahoma City has won seven in a row following its 111-92 win over San Antonio in a game which the Spurs rested most of their starters. Kevin Durant scored 31 points with 10 rebounds and Russell Westbrook added 29 points as the Thunder shot 51.8 percent on Friday.
