Oklahoma City at Toronto

The Oklahoma City has risen to the top of the NBA Western Conference standings after three years below .500. The rise was not expected to have them playing as a legit NBA Finals team that could win it all. They will head to Toronto to take on the Raptors. The Raptors have done just the opposite. They won 60+ games for 3 straight years, and since have been falling fast with a new level of low at 23-46 this season. The Raptors traded away all their best talent and are in a rebuild mode, and it hasn't been a soft landing as they have lost eight straight, and covered just two of their last nine games. During their current eight game losing streak their average loss has been by 16ppg. They are 5-22 SU and 11-16 ATS vs. a team that is .550 or better, and more recently 2-19 SU and 7-14 ATS vs. .550 teams or better. I like Oklahoma City
