The Knicks just suffered their worst loss of the season, a 137-134 overtime defeat to the 14-40 Pacers, as 12-point home favorites last night. Forget any kind of fatigue. The prideful Knicks are going to give it everything they have after that humiliation. New York won't play again for eight days following this game because of the All-Star break. The Knicks defeated the Nuggets without rest a week ago and also beat the Raptors by 27 points on the road on Jan. 28, playing in the second game of a back-to-back. Those were the past two instances of New York playing without rest. Despite the loss to the Pacers, the Knicks are one of the hottest teams in the league, winning and covering nine of their last 11 games. This is less than an ideal spot for Philadelphia, too. The 76ers just concluded a five-game West Coast trip with a 17-point loss to Portland this past Monday night. Take the Knicks on the moneyline.
