There is a new sheriff in town in the NBA Atlantic as the Boston Celtics have overtaken the Toronto Raptors. That should serve as a wakeup call for the Raptors who have had a poor January, posting a losing record during the month. The New Orleans Pelicans have done a decent job at home this season, but their road mark has been woeful as they enter tonight's game in Toronto with a 6-15 road mark. The problem with the six wins, since prior to Thanksgiving, is that they have not beaten a .500 team on the road.
