New Jersey, behind the emerging Devin Harris, could actually be a good team. They are already 2-1 on this West Coast road trip and face a Phoenix team that is just 4-4 at home so far this season. Steve Nash is banged up and I look for Harris to do well against him here. The Nets are 5-3 on the road, scoring 104 ppg. Over their last five games they are averaging 111 per game. With the departure of D'Antoni, Phoenix is no longer a run-and-gun scoring team. They are averaging just 97.6 ppg atg home and should not be laying this kind of wood. This should be a high-scoring game in the end as I expect New Jersey to get well over 100. I like the Nets to keep this one quite close, and for the game to go OVER the total.
