This Bulls team which was young and made the playoffs two years ago was expected to mature into an annual playoff contender. Last year they completely under-achieved and many thought they'd be back again this season, but the same results. They had their best run of the season going 7-3, but have settled back to mediocrity going 3-4 in their last seven. The Bucks are injured, but competitive. The Bucks lead the NBA in one big category. They have won 16 games outright as an underdog on the season, a true indication that a team that closed last year 3-21 has come a long way, but more importantly, competes hard every night. The same can't be said about the under-achieving Bulls who are off their run and ripe to be taken. I'll back the Bucks here.
