Toronto comes off a 113-103 win at Washington as DeMar DeRozan continued his great start to the season with 40 points shooting 14-of-23 from the field. DeRozan is averaging 36.3 points and 55.4 percent shooting this season. This is the first meeting since the Raptors beat Miami by 27 points in Game 7 of the second round of lsst season's Eastern Conference playoff series. Toronto is 3-1 losing only in the final seconds to Cleveland on Oct. 28. Miami beat Sacramento 108-96 in overtime on Tuesday with Goran Dragic leading the Heat with 25 points and Hassan Whiteside grabbing 11 rebounds. The Heat shot just 43 percent and still is in a rebuilding mode after losing Dwyane Wade to free agency and Chris Bosh to retirement.
